- With the Broward County Clerk of Courts, in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. Florida generally requires an attorney to represent the personal representative in a formal administration.
- What is summary administration and does my estate qualify?
- Summary administration is a shortened Florida probate available when non-exempt assets total $75,000 or less, or when the death occurred more than two years ago. It is faster and cheaper than formal administration but does not appoint a personal representative.
- Do Broward County funeral homes handle international repatriation?
